Hi everyone, Hilda here, today I want to show you how to transform a simple wooden box into a steampunk project, using fabulous Little Birdie Crafts products.
First I give the box a coat of black gesso.
I also paint all the elements that I wanted to add to the project, Little Birdie chipboards, resin and paper paste embellishments.
I apply mixed media grey paste with a stencil. This product is perfect to give volume and it dries fast, you can also do gesso adding water.
Then I stick all the embellishments with Heavy Gel Medium.
Once dry I apply black gesso.
To finish the project I apply waxes, Antique Gold, Aqua Sheen, Cooper Blaze and Glimmer Moss.
